Shipping Methods and Rates
Orders placed by noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are sent out the same day unless there is a problem. Orders placed after noon Eastern Time, or on weekends and holidays, are shipped out the following business day. During high order volume periods, such as during sales, orders may take an additional 1-2 days to be shipped out.
 Actual shipping cost is determined by the weight of the item(s) and the shipping destination and will be displayed during checkout.
Because there can be delays with UPS when shipping to Post Office Boxes, it is recommended that customers choose USPS as the shipper. UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses and such orders will be shipped via USPS.

- We reserve the right to determine which shipping method is best, based upon the weight of your package. Your box will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If a tracking number is available, we will send it to you in your shipping confirmation e-mail when your package ships.

USPS First Class Mail

- For small packages weighing 13 ounces or less
- Delivered in an average of 3-5 days to any destination within the Continental U.S.
- Delivery to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. boxes and military addresses. Delivery to APO addresses may take longer due to extra USPS screening procedures.
- Saturday and residential delivery are available at no additional charge.
USPS Priority Mail
- If your package is above the First Class weight limit, it will ship via Free Priority Mail Shipping
- If you would like to pay to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail, please send us an e-mail with your order, or call us at (704) 375-2545.
- Delivered in an average of 3-5 days to any destination within the Continental U.S.

- Guaranteed by the end of the third business day.
- Rates starting at $9.50.
- Delivery to the 48 contiguous states.
UPS 2nd Day Air
- Delivery by the end of the second business day (some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time).
- Rates starting at $13.50.
- Delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping
Listed delivery times are only an estimated -- actual time could vary due to customs clearance and the efficiency of foreign delivery service. Please be aware of any restrictions the destination country may have on importing our products before placing an order.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duty or import tax on the value of their order. As it is unlawful to do so, we will never under declare the value of merchandise on customs forms, nor will we mark it as a gift. If a package is refused at the destination and is returned to us, the customer will only be refunded the subtotal for the products minus any additional shipping charges for shipping package back to us and a 15% restocking fee.
