Bead Trust, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal as payment.  We also accept checks and money orders, but will not ship your order until your payment clears.

Shipping

Bead Trust, LLC offers customers the choice of UPS or the United States Postal Service to ship their order.

Free, Fast USPS Shipping!: Bead Trust offers customers FREE shipping on all US packages. No order minimum, no weight limit. We will ship your order using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your package. If special shipping needs are required, please call us at (704) 375-2545.

Orders placed before noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are sent out the same day unless there is a problem.  Orders placed after noon Eastern Time, or on weekends and holidays, are shipped out the following business day.  During high order volume periods, such as during sales, orders may take an additional 1-2 days to be shipped out.

If there is an error in the shipping address you provide, the shipper may charge an additional fee for corrections -- this amount will be charged to the customer.&nbps; If a package is refused at the destination and is returned to us, the customer will only be refunded the subtotal for the products minus any additional shipping charges for shipping package back to us and a 15% restocking fee.

Return Policy

Items can be returned for store credit for any reason within 14 days of delivery date.  Exchanges and refunds of the purchase price are only offered for defective products.  If you wish to return something, please email us at info@beadtrust.comwith the following information:

      Item(s) and Quantity you wish to return
      Reason for return

Please wait for us to respond to your email.  You may also call us with a return request.  Returns received without contacting us first will not be processed.

We ask for the merchandise to be shipped in its original form (unbroken strands) in appropriate packaging.
