Payment Methods

Bead Trust, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as payment.  We are no longer accepting check or money orders.  PayPal is also not accepted.

Shipping

Bead Trust, LLC offers customers the choice of UPS or the United States Postal Service to ship their order.  Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the order and shipping destination.

Orders placed before 12pm PT, Monday through Friday, are sent out the same day unless there is a problem.  Orders placed after 12pm PT, or on weekends and holidays, are shipped out the following business day.  During high order volume periods, such as during sales, orders may take an additional 1-2 days to be shipped out.

Return Policy

Items can be returned for store credit for any reason within 14 days of delivery date.  Exchanges and refunds are only offered for defective products.  If you wish to return something, please email us at info@beadtrust.com with the following information:

      Invoice Number
      Item(s) and Quantity you wish to return
      Reason for return

Please wait for us to respond to your email.  You may also call us with a return request.  Returns received without contacting us first will not be processed.

We ask for the merchandise to be shipped in its original form (unbroken strands) in appropriate packaging.
