Who is Bead Trust, LLC?
Bead Trust, LLC is your premier supplier for unique, one-of-a-kind glass and gemstone beads.  You will be amazed by our vast selection and great customer service.  We pay close attention to jewelry trends, offering you the products you need to keep your jewelry creations in fashion.  Our goal is to simultaneously offer you the best prices and the best products on the web.

Do you have a print catalog?
Our website is a comprehensive, ever-evolving online catalog; therefore we do not carry a print catalog. We are currently increasing our selection in all areas, so be sure to visit the site regularly.

What is the length of our gemstone strands?  How many beads are on a strand?
All items are listed with a strand length or bead count per strand on its product details page.  If a strand length is listed and you would like to know how many beads that represents, please contact us with the item you're inquiring about and a staff member would be glad to assist you.

What is your return policy?
Items can be returned for store credit for any reason within 14 days of delivery date.  Exchanges and refunds are only offered for defective products.  You can find more information on our Policies page under "Return Policy."

Do you offer wholesale discounts? Do I need a wholesale license to buy from Bead Trust, LLC?
We offer a product quantity pricing structure that will give you discounted pricing based on the number of beads that you buy.  You do not need a wholesale license to make a purchase from Bead Trust.  However, if you are a designer or a client with a resale license, you can enroll in our Designer Discount Program for discounts on large orders ($250 or more).  Resellers in California would also avoid paying CA sales tax for orders of any amount.  Please visit our Designer Discount Program page for more information.

Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we offer several international shipping rates.  Further details can be found at our Policies page under "Shipping."

Can I come to your showroom?
We are strictly a shipping warehouse and are therefore not open to the public.  We sell to individual customers exclusively via our website.
